General Description
200 year old beamed farmhouse with oak beams, log fires, approximately 7 acres, a lake, small building for chickens/rabbits/general animals.

The house itself has six very large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, plus an additional downstairs shower room/loo. Each of the bedrooms has exposed beams. There is a very large beamed farmhouse kitchen with a fireplace, it is completely fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, two fridges, double gas oven and hob, microwave, it has a soup kettle, professional canteen water urn, bain maries, all the pots/pans/crockery/cutlery/glasses etc for 20 people. there is a large farmhouse pine table and eight chairs.

The TV lounge has a leather three piece suite, tv/video, many videos books, bookcase, antique side board, various chairs and lamps, there is an English satellite link here. The TV lounge opens out onto a slabbed patio overlooking the lawn and the swimming pool. On the patio we have a hardwood garden table and eight chairs, with matching drinks trolley.

Each very large bedroom has a number of antique beds in them, Each bedroom is fully furnished.

There is a 40 foot bar/party room with a fully functioning built in pub, open fires with wood burning stove, three large dining tables with 24 chairs. Games table, dart board, bar stools, poker table tops, many games and several other chairs, sideboards etc.

Outside in the garden we have the pool/hot tub complex which is decked all around, there is a raised sunbathing area with hardwood sun loungers. There is about half an acre of garden laid to lawn and flowers. Under the large back barn is a 14foot trampoline.

We have a very large (8m x 8m) double volume games room with table tennis table, pool table, giant cheese, skittles, we have a projector through which you can project your computer games, game cube, sky tv, dvds etch up to 75foot square on the wall. There is an english satellite link here.

Off the games room is a gym with rowing machine, cycling machine, cross trainer. Off the gym is a utility room with washing machine, dryer, freezer and fridge.

The house overlooks fields and is five minutes from the closest town and 15 minutes from Josselin/Ploermel/Loudeac where you have all the large supermarkets and chain stores.

Location
It is 5 minutes from the local town of Mohon. It is 15 minutes from Josselin, Ploermel or Loudeac where you have all the major supermarkets and shops.

Saturday to Saturday.
20% booking deposit full balance six weeks before date of booking.
