Property Details

General Description
A three bedroom gite (sleeping 5 +baby) with comfortable open-plan living accommodation on the ground floor and a flexible layout of bedrooms on the first; a double bedroom; a twin-bedded room and a single room; plus a spacious shower room with WC.

Le Noyer is situated amongst mature oak trees, and 2 acres of gardens with french doors opening onto a sheltered terrace with BBQ and with a front aspect overlooking established gardens. You will be surrounded by tranquillity, foliage and nature with an abundance of bird life at very close hand.

The accommodation has been carefully converted from a 200 year old byre and exposes traditional features of oak beams and stone walls whilst providing you with the comforts of home. The ground floor comprises a fully fitted oak kitchen area including electric oven and hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer, with adjoining dining area . The living area, comprises two sofas, Satellite TV and DVD player. Private terrace with BBQ, table and chairs. Le Noyer will have a washing machine installed for 2007 season.

Three Bedrooms comprising:-

Bedroom one:- Double bed sleeps 2
Bedroom two:- Twin beds sleeps 2
Bedroom three:- Single bed sleeps 1 (size of room best suits a child)

Living Areas
The living area, comprises two sofas, Satellite TV and DVD player, and CD player. Also in the gite are a selection of games and books as well as plenty of tourist information in a reference pack for your use.

Kitchen / Dining
Fully equipped Oak fitted kitchen with fridge (and freezer compartment), washing machine (for 2007 season), all electric oven and hob with extractor over, cafetiere and microwave.

The dining area is beside the kitchen area with table and chairs.

Swimming Pool
The Pool at our rural gites in Brittany

Our in-ground 8.5 x 4.3 metre pool with 1.0 metre shallow end for children sloping to 1.6 metre deep end.



Pool security in France is very well regulated and we are happy to inform you that we have installed both fencing and a plunge-sensor alarm for your safety.

Pool is available for use May to September inclusive.

Outside
Each gite has its own private terrace with BBQ, table and chairs and parasol.

Location
Two beautifully restored 18th century Breton stone cottages surrounded by trees sitting in secluded grounds. Quality fittings and furnishing ensure comfortable accommodation combined with traditional features, which together with a large swimming pool, children`s play area and welcoming hosts on-site make us the ideal place for a rural gite holiday from which to explore Southern Brittany and the Loire valley with it`s many vineyards.

Changeover Details
Saturday changeovers - arrival at 4pm and departure at 10am

Extra Details
Sorry no smoking and no pets allowed.

Baby equipment available at no extra costs.

Bed linen included in cottage rental (guests are required to bring their own towels and cot bedding where applicable).
